While we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our return policy aims to provide a fair and transparent process for handling returns while maintaining commitment to excellent customer service.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns for most products purchased from our store, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date they receive their order.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Certain items, such as customised gym equipment, clearance items, or digital products, and gift cards may not be eligible for returns.

If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your order, unfortunately, we cannot process a return unless the item is covered under a manufacturer warranty or arrived defective.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition without signs of wear, damage, or assembly.
  • It must be packaged securely in the original box, including any manuals, accessories, or additional components that came with the purchase.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear and tear, scratches, stains, or modifications may be denied a refund or subjected to a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price, depending on the circumstances.

3. Steps to Initiate a Return

If you believe your purchase qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  1.     Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our support team via info@wolframfitness.com.au.

2.     Provide Order Details: Include your order number, full name, product details, and the reason for return in your message.

3.     Receive Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and provide return shipping instructions.

4.     Ship the Product Back: Securely pack the item, attach the return authorisation number, and use a trackable shipping method to send it to [Insert Return Address].

5.     Processing Your Return: Once received, our team will inspect the item to ensure compliance with our return policy. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Processing & Payment Method

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If the item does not meet our return conditions, you may be offered a partial refund or the option to have the product shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Shipping fees, handling fees, or any expedited delivery costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Email our support team with photos of the defective item and a brief explanation of the issue.
  • We will review your claim and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund.
  • In cases of defective items, we may ask you to return the product for further evaluation before issuing a refund or replacement.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or assembled gym equipment.
  • Final sale, clearance, or discounted items
  • Customized or personalised products
  • Gift cards, digital/downloadable items.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • If returning a defective or incorrect product, we will issue a prepaid return label to cover shipping costs.

8. Warranty & Extended Returns

Some gym equipment may be covered under a manufacturer warranty for defects in material or workmanship beyond the standard return timeframe.

  • Warranty policies vary based on the product and manufacturer—please review the specifications provided with your purchase.
  • If your item is covered under warranty, we will assist you in processing a repair or replacement request with the manufacturer.
