Shipping Policy – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for shopping with Wolfram Fitness. The following Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website or via direct purchase and is part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship gym and fitness equipment Australia-wide, including all major cities and regional areas. We do not ship internationally at this time.

All timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, courier backlogs, or supply chain disruptions.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Sunday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM AEST may be processed the next business day.
5. Shipping Methods
We partner with reputable freight and courier services. Delivery methods include:
- Door-to-door delivery (ground floor only)
- Curb side delivery for heavy or bulky equipment
If Commercial B2B (Business to Business) Freight is selected, the delivery address must be a commercial business premises capable of receiving palletised freight. The premises must have easy and unrestricted truck access and be able to accept delivery during standard business hours.
If, upon arrival, the driver determines that the premises is not a commercial address or does not have suitable truck access, the delivery may be refused or returned. Any additional re-delivery, handling, or storage fees incurred will be charged to the customer, and delivery may be delayed.
Note: Assembly and installation services are not included.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. It is your responsibility to monitor delivery progress.
7. Delivery Conditions
You (or an authorised person) must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. If no one is available, a re-delivery fee may apply.
For large items, ensure clear access to the delivery location. Additional fees may apply for complex deliveries (e.g., stairs, limited access).

To request a change of delivery address, contact us immediately. Once the order is dispatched, changes may not be possible.

11. Consumer Guarantees
This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your rights under ACL are not limited by this shipping policy.
