The Wolfram Fitness name, logo, trademarks, and other branding elements are the exclusive property of Wolfram Fitness and are protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any Wolfram Fitness logos or branding materials in any form without the prior written consent of Wolfram Fitness.

This includes (but is not limited to):

·       Use on websites, social media, or advertising.

·       Incorporation into third-party designs or merchandise.

·       Implying endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without express permission.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action and/or termination of access to Wolfram Fitness services.

4. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify product listings, prices, descriptions, or discontinue products without prior notice.
• We strive for accurate representation of our products, but we do not guarantee that descriptions or images are entirely error-free.

5. Orders and Payments

• By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
• Payment must be made through approved payment methods (e.g., credit card, etc.).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions are suspected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times and costs vary based on location, size, weight and chosen shipping method.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
• Risk of loss and damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
• Certain products, such as clearance or custom items, may not be eligible for returns.

8. Warranty and Liability

• Some products may come with a manufacturer warranty—please review product specifications.

• We are not liable for injuries or damages caused by improper use of our gym equipment.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product.

9. Equipment use

Intended Use – All gym equipment supplied by Wolfram Fitness is designed for indoor use only. Covered outdoor areas, such as carports, verandahs, decking, or pergolas, are not classified as indoor environments.

Outdoor Use Restrictions - Use of indoor equipment in outdoor environments is strictly prohibited. Exposure to weather elements or improper set up may result in product damage. Any such use will void the product warranty.

Liability Disclaimer - Wolfram Fitness accepts no liability for damage, malfunction, or injury resulting from the use of indoor equipment outdoors or from any misuse contrary to the provided instructions.

Additional Conditions - Further terms, restrictions, and care guidelines may be outlined in the product manual or accompanying documentation. Customers are responsible for ensuring equipment is used in accordance with all provided instructions. 

10. User Conduct

Customers must use the website lawfully and avoid fraudulent activities, including unauthorized use of discount codes or payment methods.

11. Privacy Policy
